The University of Ibadan Alumni Association conferred meritoriously the award of WORTHY AMBASSADOR on the Ace Broadcaster and Mediapreneur who is also the Group Managing Director, Yemi Sonde Media Group, Mr Yemi Sonde, arpa MCA MPDI. The award was conferred meritoriously for his outstanding achievements then as a student of the Premier University of Ibadan and his present dispensation as a Media Practitioner and philantropist of note. Yemi Sonde who was awarded in company of some other notable alumni and philantropist in Nigeria like His Royal Majesty, Sabiganna of Iganna Land Ọba Saliu Azeez, HRM Ọba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, Emugoriade 1, Chief Engr Dọtun Sanusi, Dr Fola Akinosun, Mr Greg Odutayo, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode the Executive Chairman Ìbàdàn South East Local Government and a host of others.
